Sometimes, you need to make something completely insane. Sometimes, you’re stressed enough to need that much sugar coursing through your veins. Sometimes, you want to give your friends a heart attack and diabetes at the same time.
This is when you make Cadbury Egg Cups.
I’m going to be honest. My posting on this blog this semester kind of pettered off into pathetic. I have excuses
—a full course schedule (I graduated, so worth it)
—co-teaching in a middle school two days a week (I found my ideal teacher, curriculum and school, so worth it)
—I applied to pretty much every teaching job (I’m teaching middle school social studies at a charter school in Tucson next year, so worth it).
—My appetite has transformed into a finicky beast that can only barely be lured out to play (not a fan of this one)
